The agency’s success in finding clients has been through the use of leads generated at networking groups through local chambers of commerce, friends, and referrals from satisfied clients. In the past several years, the agency has broadened its marketing to include Medicare Supplements, Medicare Part D, Long Term Care and retirement plans. These products, as well as the agency’s traditional individual and group medical, dental, life, and disability income plans, have created a balanced multi line agency
As Brokers we work for our clients and NOT for the insurance companies. We believe that the first element of providing good service is to answer your phone call by the second ring whenever possible. Service is being able to talk to someone and not punch buttons on a telephone hoping to get a live, breathing person at some point. In addition, if you have to leave a voice message, we try to return each call as quickly as possible.
Our son Kevin joined the Agency in September 1999 in the sales department and has become an integral part of our success. Our Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is a lady named Dee Nikunen. Dee has over forty years experience working in the administration of insurance and legal issues. Dee is a people lover and always goes the distance, and more, to help our clients and to keep us on our toes!
